Who we are
This site, yzdecor.com, is run by Yuen Zeon Decoration Limited, the export company of Huizhou Guosen Lighting Tree Co., Ltd. When this policy says “we”, it means Yuen Zeon Decoration Limited. You can reach us about privacy at louis@yzdecor.com.
What we collect
When you send a request. Your name, work email, company, country, and anything else you choose to give us: website, phone or WhatsApp number, the products in your quote list, quantities and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from a link or an ad, the campaign tags in that link (for example utm_source).
To stop spam. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the address itself.
In your browser. Your quote list and your choice of feet or centimeters are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. They are not sent to us until you submit a request. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If we add analytics, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes and samples, and follow up on them. This is a step you asked us to take before a possible contract.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence, and to learn which pages and campaigns bring useful requests. This is in our legitimate interest as a manufacturer selling to businesses.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
Our export team and the people at our factory who prepare your quote and samples. Our web host stores the site and the requests sent through it, and our email provider delivers the messages. If you place an order, we share what is needed with shipping, inspection and payment partners to complete it.
Our team works from China and Hong Kong, so your details are handled there. We use them only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and related correspondence for as long as we are discussing or fulfilling business with you, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep records longer. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email louis@yzdecor.com and we will reply within one month. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date below.
