Five steps
- Brief. Send sizes, quantities, target price and market. We reply with options and prices within 3 business days.
- Sample, about two weeks. We make a sample to your spec. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order.
- Confirm. You approve the sample, we issue a proforma invoice, and you pay a 30% deposit.
- Produce, 60–90 days. We build to the approved sample and inspect before packing. Your own inspector or a third-party agency is welcome.
- Ship. You pay the 70% balance before loading. We ship FOB Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou), or deliver duty paid (DDP) to your warehouse.
Ordering calendar
Production takes 60–90 days. Sea freight takes 20–35 days to the US and 35–50 days to Europe, port to port. Orders confirmed in early May reach US ports from late July to early September, and European ports from mid-August to late September.

Questions buyers ask
What is your minimum order?
100 units per style and size. Two sizes of the same model are two items, and each needs 100 units.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Mix as many styles and sizes as you like in one order and one container, with at least 100 units of each size.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order.
How long does production take?
60 to 90 days after the deposit and sample approval. June to August fills first, so order early.
Can you deliver to our warehouse?
Yes. We quote FOB Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou) or DDP, delivered duty paid to your door.
Can you put our brand on the trees and boxes?
Yes. OEM and private label are most of our business.
Can we visit the factory or inspect our order?
Yes. You are welcome to visit Huizhou, and to send your own inspector or an agency before shipment.
