Six things you can change
Every model in our range is a starting point. These are the parts buyers change most often.
- Needle mix. PE, PVC or any ratio of the two, in more than 200 PE tip styles from our own molds.
- Fullness. Tip count for each size, from slim to extra full.
- Lights. Bulb count and color: warm white, multicolor, dual-color or app-controlled LED, wired for the plug your market uses.
- Color and finish. Shades of green, standard or light flocking, frosted tips, white or colored trees.
- Stand and pole. Stand style and finish, and a pole in two or three sections.
- Packaging. Plain brown cartons or printed retail boxes, with your artwork, barcodes and carton marks.
From brief to sample
- Brief. Send reference photos, sizes, quantities, target price and market.
- Proposal. We suggest a spec and quote within 3 business days.
- Sample. We make the sample in about two weeks. The fee is credited against your bulk order.
- Approval. We adjust until you approve. The approved sample becomes the reference for production and final inspection.
Private label
Your brand goes on the box, the hang tag and the setup guide. We print to your artwork and pack to your retailer’s rules for carton marks, barcodes and labels.
Compliance
Tell us the market and the retailer, and we build to their rules for plugs, voltage, labeling and packaging. Third-party inspection before shipment is welcome.
