A 23,000 m² site with 19,000 m² of factory buildings. Ten Christmas tree production lines, plus one line kept for development and samples, so sampling runs alongside production instead of interrupting it.

We ship 300–500 containers a year.
How a hinged tree is made
- Tips. PE tips are injection-molded; PVC tips are cut from film.
- Branches. Tips are wound onto wire branches, sized for each tier.
- Assembly. Branches are hinged onto the pole sections. Pre-lit trees are wired branch by branch.
- Finish. Flocking or frosting, when specified.
- Inspection and packing. Each order is checked against the approved sample, then packed and loaded.
Quality control
Every order is checked against the approved sample, from incoming materials to the loaded container. Third-party inspection by your own QC team or an agency such as SGS, Intertek or QIMA is welcome.
- Incoming materials. PE, PVC film, wire, poles and light sets are checked on arrival, before they reach the line.
- First article. The first trees off the line are checked against the approved sample before the run continues.
- In-line patrols. Inspectors walk the lines through each run, checking branches, assembly and wiring.
- Light test. Light strings on pre-lit trees are powered on and tested.
- Stability test. Assembled trees stand on a tilted platform to show they stay upright.
- Carton test. Shipping cartons are tested for strength, so trees arrive in shape.
- Pre-shipment check. We assemble trees pulled from finished cartons and check them against the sample before loading.
